An error occurred while trying to submit the form [error: Internal Server Error]

In case you have encountered the above error while adding a new server.

This could mainly occur due to: 

1. Session Timeout.

    So just try to re-login then try adding the server again.

    If the error still persists.

2. Check the application log to get a detailed error log after adding a log_level trace to the ez.conf file.
